You can become a fat burner just using AM solar exposure by using the PPP because this will limit excessive ROS mitochondrial leak, optimize the 100 Hz oscillation, while down-regulating the AMPk pathways when sunlight is the dominant EMF your cells experience. IR-A and UV-A light as the incident EMF allows for proper AMPk control and free radical signaling. Blue light from man-made devices is a different incident electromagnetic wave that causes a relative lack of oxygen and altered free radical signaling in cells. We seem to know that Xrays, another incident EMF, can cause cancer but we seem…

So, where are you in the model? Your N=1 is where you’re at today within magnetism, water and light, and that influences your sleep, as well as how non-native EMF, stress, environmental toxins, myco toxins, parasites, mold and nutrition interact and influence your health. I’ve written recently on my [blog](http://www.yourpaleohealthcare.com/dna-methylation-and-epigenetics/) about Jack’s bomb on methylation and how non-native EMF impacts whether DNA and RNA is turned on or off. Think about that from the perspective of the Quantum Health Model – non-native EMF is competing with magnetism, and it…

**KEY TRUTH BOMB:** When all these aspects of the environment are collected together in someone’s N=1, this drives NADH high at cytochrome 1 and results in a lower NAD+ low at cytochrome 1. As a result, pseudohypoxia develops and is the acute result. Oxygen is the terminal electron acceptor in mitochondria. We are equipped to handle this acutely. What happens because of modern environments? It becomes a chronic effect, and NAD+ drop and this slows electron chain transport. When it slow chronically respiratory proteins get larger on an Angstrom basis and this decreases the ability of electrons …

Humans have the ability to increase oxygen levels in their venous blood with sunlit light exposure alone. Oxygen is the terminal electron acceptor in all mitochondria. If oxygen is not present at the terminal electron acceptor from foods, ETC slows. When ETC slows respiratory proteins in mitochondria swell and their atomic size in Angstroms increases. This is covered in detail in Nick Lane’s book, called “The Vital Question”. This is the huge epigenetic clue the biologic sciences are all missing. A lot of research has been written and about the PER 1 and 2 genes in the chronobiology literature…

So let’s look at what happens at cytochrome 1 carefully, in this scenario. Cytochrome 1 uses [NADH and NAD+ to work optimally](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19038). Cancer develops when NADH is too high and NADPH is low chronically. Carbohydrate electrons derived from foods increase NADH levels at cytochrome one. Remember, Volkow and Achermann said that non native EMF up regulates glucose metabolism. This means non native EMF increase NADH at cytochrome one naturally. NADPH comes from NAD+. Cytochrome 1 uses NAD+ and NADH to create a small pulse of superoxide normally. When you fuel your …

This brings up another interesting observation: **Why are the women of paleo falling apart?** Might it be, because women are all built by evolution to be to more sensitive to environmental cues, to pass them to their offspring. Could blue light and non native EMF affect the relationship between the mitochondria and the nucleus? Ubiquitination 5 shows that light and water chemistry are directly effected. Do they have the same defect in knowledge that Mr. Moore has? Let us have a look.

Let us consider what eating sugar does to us in the winter in our modern world when we live with clothes on in a heated house or heated car? Let me ask you how those factors play a role? When you consider that Volkow has definitively shown that non native EMF makes us up-regulate carbohydrate use in a cell this becomes a real game changer. Any carbs can be considered dangerous in this case. The environment is dictating a big change in our how our cells work. I believe both authors are looking for studies on something no one can even comprehend today. Volkow, Ling, Libroff data supports my asse…

So when you live in an environment today, you don't have as many alpha waves. Why? Because non-native EMF, what's the number one effect, which you'll learn about later, dehydrates your cells because it lowers your redux potential in your mitochondria. Other words, original slide, you can't make as much water from your own mitochondria. That's where the dehydration comes. And for the ladies in the room or the guys in the room who are not big science people, simple biohack at home, take a piece of steak that you have left over, throw it in the microwave, taste it. What does it taste like? Shoe l…

Sooner or later, I think the principle will be accepted that knowledge regarding the link between blue light and non-native EMF’s and disease is imperfect, now and forever. Really it’s only common sense. The consequences of everything we do, or that is done to us, are imperfectly predictable, and the consequences of EMFs are no exception. “Hard scientific evidence” is not in the world ever, it only exists in the world’s mind as a core belief of fact, when in reality it’s just an opinion of a set of facts.
